... . Someone mentioned something about a squelch-hysteria problem that the Px-777 had. Fortunately, they don't seem to have this problem. Be aware though, that when setting the sensitivity of the squelch, it doesn't behave in the same way as it would if you where to set the sensitivity of the VOX function. It actually behaves in the exact opposite way, obviously that's stupid.
The sensitivity for the squelch is 1-9 with 1 being most sensitive. With the VOX, 9 is the most sensitive setting. Because of this, I thought in the beginning that the radios DID have a squelch problem, but when I made this discovery, the problem of course, disappeared. ...
